Assistive listening devices: helping your hearing in difficult situations

A.L.D.'s or Assistive Listening Devices are products which amplify sounds in situations that people require assistance to hear a specific sound from a specific source.

Example:

The listener places a microphone near the specific source in which he/she wishes to hear clearer.

Do you need an Assistive Listening Device?

People with a high level of hearing loss to no hearing loss at all can benefit from an Assistive Listening Device. They can be used with or without a hearing aid.
